A clear schedule conversation is more useful than a simple yes or no.

Confirm the days, start and finish times and expected duration. Ask whether the schedule is fixed or may change. Travel arrangements need to work for the whole shift pattern.
Explain constraints early
Be clear about the hours you can reliably work. A realistic availability discussion supports a better match than accepting a schedule that cannot be maintained.
Report changes promptly
Use the agreed route when availability changes. Give as much notice as possible and confirm the next expected shift. Do not rely on an informal message to someone who is not responsible for scheduling.
